PALOS HEIGHTS, Ill. - The Trinity Christian College Athletics Department announces the 2005 women's soccer team as the newest member to its Hall of Fame. The team will be the sixth class added to the Hall of Fame since it was established in 2007. The induction ceremony will take place on Saturday, October 21, 2023, as a part of Fall Fest Weekend.

"We are excited to continue the tradition of inducting another class to the Athletics Hall of Fame," said Wendy Reid, Director of Athletics. "This class is the first team to be added to our Hall of Fame and we are glad to be able to highlight their accomplishments and lasting impact on the soccer program and on Trinity."

The Trolls were 14-3-1 in the regular season with a 6-3 conference record. They played in 11 post-season games, advancing to the finals of each the CCAC, NAIA regional, NCCAA regional, and NCCAA national tournaments. They went undefeated at home at 9-0. For the season they set new Trinity team records in almost every category, including goals, averaging 3.79 per game, assists, points, and shots. They also allowed the fewest goals and recorded 12 shut-outs.
