CHICAGO, Ill. – A second-half goal would be enough, as 2nd-seeded Saint Xavier would knock the Trolls out of postseason play, 1-0 in the CCAC Tournament quarterfinals on Tuesday night.

Trinity would be out-shot 18-5 over the course of the match, with Michelle Urribarri making six saves on the night. After a scoreless first half, the home team would break through with a goal in the 58th minute, and hold off the Trolls down the stretch to take the win.

Trinity ends the 2025 season with a 7-10-2 overall record, and a 5-5-2 mark in CCAC play.
