KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Trinity Christian College was recognized as an NAIA Champions of Character Five-Star Institution, announced by the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics on Tuesday.
Trinity Athletics joins over 200 NAIA programs in earning the Champions of Character Five-Star award, but is one of only 112 to earn a perfect score and a Gold rating. Trinity was also just one of three fellow CCAC members to reach a perfect score for the 2024-25 athletic season.
Institutions are measured on a demonstrated commitment to Champions of Character and earn points in character training, conduct in competition, academic focus, character recognition and character promotion. Institutions earned points based on exceptional student-athlete grade point averages and by having minimal to no ejections during competition throughout the course of the academic year.
