Competed in six indoor and six outdoor meets throughout the season … appeared at the NCCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships on May 7–9, competing in three events and placing 8th as part of the 4x800m relay team … had the team's best time in the 600m during indoor season ... set a personal-best in the 800m (2:00.21) at the national meet … ran 2:03.23 in the 800m and helped the 4x400m team to a 5th-place finish at the CCAC Outdoor Championships on May 2–3 … opened the outdoor season at the Chicagoland Outdoor Championships on Apr. 3–5, with a time of 2:02.88 in the 800m and a throw of 33.88m in the Javelin … set a season-best mark in the Javelin at the Green & White Invite on Apr. 17, throwing 44.10m (144' 8") to place 4th … also ran the 200m and 400m, and helped the 4x400m team to a 4th-place finish at that meet … opened the indoor season at the ONU Holiday Open on Dec. 7, running 55.09 in the 400m … placed 2nd in the 600m at the Fighting Bee Invitational on Jan. 24–25 with a time of 1:28.68 … posted a season-best 600m time of 1:26.51 at the CCAC Indoor Track & Field Championships on Feb. 7–8, and ran a 2:02.47 in the 800m at the Chicago Intercollegiate Invite the following week.

2024 (Junior)

Competed in five outdoor and three indoor meets … finished 4th as part of the 4x800m relay team at the CCAC Indoor Track & Field Championships on Feb. 16–17 … ran the 600m in 1:29.13 at the same meet … threw a season-best 39.22m (128' 8") in the Javelin at the CCAC Outdoor Championships on May 3–4

Cross Country: Appeared in six meets during the fall ... qualified for the NCCAA National Cross Country Championships, placing 40th overall … ran a career-best time of 27:47.6 in the 8k at the Gil Dodds Invite on Sept. 16.

2023 (Sophomore)

Ran in one indoor and seven outdoor meets … placed 6th as part of the 4x800m relay team at the NCCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships on May 10–12 … also ran 4:19.23 in the 1,500m at nationals … helped the 4x800m relay team to a runner-up finish at the CCAC Outdoor Championships on May 5–6 … posted a season-best 800m time of 2:04.89 at the same meet … part of the 4x400m relay team that placed 2nd at the SAU Easter Weekend meet on Apr. 5 and 4th at the Lancer Invite on Apr. 28 … indoors, ran 9:01.69 as part of the 4x800m team at the CCAC Indoor Track & Field Championships on Feb. 17–18.

Cross Country: Competed in two meets throughout the fall … placed 26th overall at the Warrior Invite on Oct. 1.

2022 (Freshman)

Appeared in one meet as a freshman, placing 7th in the indoor 800m at the Red Hawk Opener on Jan. 22.

Cross Country: Raced in seven meets as a freshman ... qualified for the NCCAA National Cross Country Championships on Nov. 12-13, placing 36th overall.
