2020: Ran the 800-meter, 1,000-meter and mile races for the indoor season … outdoor season was cancelled due to COVID-19 … had his career-best time in the 1,000 at the St. Ambrose Invitational (1/25) with a time of 2:40.20 to finish third … had his best time of the season in the 800 at the CCAC Indoor Championships (2/22) with a 2:01.82 and helped his team to a fourth place finish in the 4x400 ... was a NAIA, CCAC and NCCAA Scholar-Athlete.
2019: Competed in the javelin, 800-meter, 1,500-meter, 3,000-meter and 5,000-meter runs in the outdoor season and ran the 800-meter, 1,000-meter and mile runs in the indoor season … was a CCAC All-Conference selection for the 4x800 relays in both the indoor and outdoor seasons … had his best meet of the season at the Lewis University Twilight Meet (4/23), where he ran a 4:13.41 in the 1,500 race and a 9:08.40 in the 3,000 run … was a CCAC, NCCAA and NAIA Scholar-Athlete.
2018: Competed in the 800-meter, 1,000-meter, mile and relay events in the indoor season ... participated in the 800-meter, 1,500-meter, relays and javelin in the outdoor season ... was on a fifth place 4x800 relay team at the CCAC Outdoor Championships ... was a CCAC Scholar-Athlete.
2017: Ran in the mile, 3,000-meter and relay events in the indoor season ... competed in the 800-meter, 1,500-meter, 3,000-meter steeplechase and in relays in the outdoor season ... threw the javelin ... was on a fifth place 4x800 relay team at the CCAC Indoor Championships ... finished in eighth place in the javelin at the CCAC outdoor meet ... was a member of the seventh place 4x800 relay team at the NCCAA Outdoor Championships.
