2021: NAIA Outdoor National Championship qualifier...NCCAA Outdoor All-American (3000m Steeplechase)...CCAC Outdoor All-Conference (3000m Steeplechase, 4x800m Relay)...CCAC NAIA Scholar-Athlete...NCCAA Scholar-Athlete...CCAC All-Academic.
2020: Ran the 800-meter, 3,000-meter and various relay races during the indoor season … outdoor season was cancelled due to COVID-19 … had his best race in the 800 at the CCAC Indoor Championships (2/22) with a time to 2:00.69 … helped his team to a second place finish the 4x800 and a fourth place finish in the 4x400 at the CCAC Championships … ran his best time in the 3,000 at the St. Ambrose Invitational (1/25) with a 9:15.03 and a seventh place finish ... was a NAIA, CCAC and NCCAA Scholar-Athlete.
2019: Competed in the 800-meter, mile and 3,000-meter runs in the indoor season and the steeplechase, 1,500-meter and 3,000-meter runs in the outdoor season … was a CCAC All-Conference selection in the 4x800 relays for both the indoor and outdoor seasons … ran a season-best 9:37.63 in the 3,000 at the Lewis University Twilight Meet (4/23).
