Gabriel Sitibaldi

Trinity Athletics and Director of Athletics Wendy Reid announced in January 2023, that Gabriel Sitibaldi was named as the eighth head coach of the Trolls' men's soccer program.

"We're very excited to have Gabriel and his family join us here at Trinity," said Reid. "Coach Sitibaldi brings valuable experience guiding a program and transforming it into one of the best programs in the country. He will be a great resource for our student-athletes, both on the field as they work towards our goal of competing for success in the CCAC and NAIA, and off the field as a mentor as they navigate through their college experience."

Sitibaldi comes to Trinity after six seasons at the helm of his alma mater, Williams Baptist (Ark.). This fall, Sitibaldi led the Eagles to their first NAIA postseason appearance in program history, finishing with a 15-2-3 record and a win in their NAIA Tournament opener. The team's 15 victories set a program record, and the Eagles finished the season ranked No. 12 in the final NAIA Coaches' Poll.

During his time at Williams Baptist, Sitibaldi has posted a 78-49-19 coaching record. In that time, Sitibaldi has seen his team claim a total of 32 All-American Midwest Conference Team honors, including 16 First Team selections, two AMC Newcomer of the Year awards, an AMC Freshman of the Year and the 2022 AMC Player of the Year. Sitibaldi's teams have also placed a total of 72 student-athletes on the AMC All-Academic list over the past six seasons.

Before taking the helm of the Eagles, Sitibaldi served as a student assistant for one season, before promoting to assistant coach in 2016.

"I am very excited for the opportunity to join the Trinity community," said Sitibaldi. "I am looking forward to making an impact on and off the field for the student-athletes. I'm very blessed to be a part of Troll Nation."
