Trinity Christian College

Pat Moroney ’07 has been a part of the coaching staff for the past 11 seasons. He works mainly with the goalkeepers. As s student-athlete at Trinity he played for the Trolls from 2003-06 and was the starting goalkeeper in his last two seasons. For his career he ended up with a 1.44 goal against average, ranking third in that category in Trinity’s career records. He participated in the 2005 NCCAA National Championship.  

Moroney has completed a NSCAA National “D” License and has been a certified Illinois High School Association soccer official for 10 years.

Moroney earned his bachelor’s degree from Trinity in 2007 in physical education. He has a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction and is a health and physical education middle school teacher. He lives with his wife Christina in Homer Glen, Illinois.
