The Trinity men's volleyball team traveled to the Goshen College Maple Leafs for a non-conference match. After three sets, the Trolls left Goshen without a win.

In the first two sets, the Trolls struggled to get in a rhythm as they lost the first two sets 17-25 and 18-25. At the start of the third, Trinity grabbed an early lead, but Goshen caught up. The Trolls ultimately lost the third and final set 21-25. 

Two Trolls finished with seven kills, and they were freshman Mark Hernandez and sophomore Jake Ostema. Ostema also contributed on defense by recording a team-high four blocks. 

The Trolls are now 8-7 overall and 2-3 in CCAC play. They will be back in action tomorrow night, Feb. 22, as they host the Viterbo University V-Hawks in the DeVos Gymnasium. The game is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.
