PALOS HEIGHTS, Ill. –  The Trinity Christian College women's volleyball team came out strong against Olivet Nazarene University, the defending conference champions, on Wednesday, Oct. 6. The Trolls were within one point of taking the opening set, but couldn't hold on, falling 27-25. The Tigers would go on to take set two 25-21 and complete the sweep in set three 25-18. Sarah Kiwan led the offense with nine kills, while Kenzie Gibson added 19 digs on defense.

Trinity will travel to Indiana Tech for the Liz Lykowski Memorial Tournament on October 8-9. The Trolls will face Huntington University at 3 p.m. (CT) and Goshen College at 5 p.m. (CT) on Friday in the Schaefer Center. Saturday, Trinity will take on University of Northwestern Ohio at 11 a.m. and Indiana Tech at 1 p.m.
