PALOS HEIGHTS, Ill. – On the 14^th of her season-high 17 kills, Anna Maatman was greeted with a chorus of cheers and handmade signs from her teammates on the bench as they celebrated her 1000^th career kill. Maatman's offensive performance helped lift the Trinity Christian College women's volleyball team to a key 3-1 win over the University of St. Francis (Ill.) in Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) action.

The top eight teams will advance to a single elimination tournament with the winner earning an automatic bid to the NAIA National Tournament Opening Round.
• Amanda Lichtenstein ranks 1^st in the CCAC and 16^th in the NAIA in total assists (725), while Anna Maatman ranks 28^th in total service aces (35).
