Box Score PALOS HEIGHTS, Ill. – It took five sets, but the Trinity Christian College women's volleyball team came away with a win over Cardinal Stritch University (Wis.) on Thursday, April 9 in the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) Tournament Semifinals. The win not only advances the Trolls to the championship match against Olivet Nazarene University (Ill.) it also clinched an automatic bid to the NAIA National Championship.
Taryn Hinken was unstoppable at the net for Trinity, finishing with 14 kills in 22 attempts with no errors (.636). Mady Zula and Brooke Veldman each added another 13 kills, whle Sarah Kiwan finished with 11. The Trolls were a human wall at the net, finishing with 20 blocks with five each from Zula and Hinken.

- This marks the fourth time in four years that the Trinity volleyball team has advanced to the NAIA National Tournament.
- Trinity will learn of their opponant and destination for the NAIA National Championship Opening Round on Monday, April 12 at 10 a.m. via a Facebook live reveal. The Opening Round will be on Saturday, April 17 with the winner advancing to the final site in Sioux City, Iowa.

Trinity will travel to Olivet for the CCAC Tournament Championship on Saturday, April 10 at 7 p.m. Spectators will be limited to an official pass list in order to accommodate both the home and visiting teams.
