CROWN POINT, Ind. – Trinity Women's Soccer picked up three key points in the CCAC on Friday night, as the Trolls secured a comfortable road win, 4-1 over Governors State.

Litzy Corona led the Troll attack, recording assists on each of the team's first three goals, then finding the back of the net herself for the fourth. Jade Maldonado put the Trolls in front early, scoring the match's first goal in the 6th minute.

In the 15th minute, Jaideyn Koster doubled Trinity's lead with her first goal of the season. The Trolls would take a 2-0 lead into the halftime break, having out-shot the Jaguars 11-3 in the first half.

In the 67th minute Gema Garibay added her first goal of the year, just before the home side would get on the board three minutes later.

Capping off the win, Corona picked up her team-leading seventh goal of the year and 26th of her Trinity career in the 77th minute.

The Trolls will look to extend their current unbeaten streak of six matches when they host Indiana South Bend on Tuesday. Kickoff with the Titans from the Schaaf Athletic Complex is set for 4:00 p.m.
