WEST DUNDEE, Ill. – Trinity Golf returned to Randall Oaks Golf Club this week, for the second time this year as the Trolls competed in the Judson Spring Invitational on Monday and Tuesday. 
The men's squad would finish T-3rd as a team, shooting a group score of 317 (+33) for the single-round event, four strokes off their score from the season-opening tournament at Randall Oaks back in August.
Ricardo Serpa led the way, shooting a 74 (+3) to finish T-3rd individually. Justice Gilliland had a career day, breaking 80 for the first time in competition as a Troll, with a 77 (+6) for his first top-ten finish, placing T-10th.
Rounding out the scoring positions for Trinity were Joshua Smith (80, +9; T-21st) and Ali Bizati (86, +15; T-48th).
In the women's tournament, Delaney Bullington led the Trolls with a round of 95 (+24) to place T-32nd, while Taylor Martin shot 96 (+25) to finish T-35th.
The Trolls are set to return to the course over the next two weeks, competing in the CCAC Men's and Women's Championships. The women's tournament is scheduled for next Monday and Tuesday, Apr. 22-23 at TPC Deere Run in Silvis, Ill., while the men will compete a week later at Cinder Ridge G.C. in Wilmington, Ill.
