HUNTLEY, Ill. – Trinity Golf made their first playoff appearance of the season on Monday and Tuesday, competing in the NCCAA Men's Golf North Central Regional at Whisper Creek G.C.

The Trolls would place 7th in the eight-team field, shooting team scores of 331 and 333 over two rounds to finish +88 for the event. Ricardo Serpa led the way for the Trolls with the only two sub-80 rounds in the group, shooting 75 (+3) on Monday and 79 (+7) in the second round Tuesday.

Serpa would earn his third top-ten finish of the fall season, placing T-7th. Parker Knight and Tyler Wolterstaff each finished T-28th, with a final score of +24.

The Trolls are back in action next week, when they compete in the NAIA National Preview, hosted by St. Ambrose at TPC Deere Run on Monday, Sept. 22.
