Trolls fall in regular season finale at St. Ambrose

DAVENPORT, Iowa – The Trolls closed out the 2024-25 season on Saturday afternoon, as a slow offensive start would lead to a 78-42 loss on the road at St. Ambrose.

The host Bees would open the game on a 7-0 run, and would lead the rest of the way after holding the Trolls to single digits in the first and third quarters.

The trio of Destiny Goodwin, Bibi Mercado, and Kyla Smith all finished with nine points to lead the Trolls, while Goodwin also pulled down a game-high 13 rebounds. Desire Berrien recorded 11 rebounds on the day, with seven points.
