Trinity Christian College

David Osborn is in his first season as head coach of the Trinity Men's Basketball program after joining the staff in June 2024.

Osborn comes to Palos Heights after serving as assistant coach at Indiana Wesleyan for six seasons, from 2017-23. In that time, the Wildcats posted a combined record of 169-37(.820), reaching the NAIA Tournament all six years, highlighted by winning the 2018 NAIA national championship.

Prior to his time at Indiana Wesleyan, Osborn was the head boys basketball coach at Wheaton Academy. He has run numerous camps across the country, including his own TRU Basketball Camp, aiming to help athletes to grow their game and improve their basketball IQ, all while equipping them to lead on and off the court. Osborn is a graduate of Indiana University, where he served as a student manager for the Hoosiers’ men’s basketball program.
