Morgan Grant joined the Trinity men's basketball program in 2024, serving as the Director of Basketball Operations. Grant comes to Palos Heights after graduating with a Master's Degree in Sports Management from Northern Illinois, as well as a Bachelors' in Sport Management with a minor in Coaching.
While at NIU, Grant worked in the athletic department as a marketing and game management intern, as well as team manager for the men's basketball team. During graduate school, Grant also worked with the NIU Huskie Athletic Fund.
In addition to his work with the Huskies, Grant assisted with the NCAA Men's College Basketball Academy in 2023, and helped as a volunteer at the NCAA Women's Final Four in Cleveland last spring. Last summer, Grant led youth basketball programs with the Chicago Bulls Youth Camp around the Chicagoland area. In 2022, Grant was an intern with Nike, helping with the Women's Tournament of Champions and Women's Nike Nationals.
