Kelly Kirchhoff brings 20+ years of coaching experience to Trinity men's soccer.
Along with his duties here at Trinity, Kirchhoff is a coach for the boys' team at Chicago Christian High School. Prior to this role, he coached at Premier Soccer Group and Lincoln Way Soccer Club. During his time with those organizations, he coached many players who went on to play at NCAA Division I, II and III and NAIA colleges.
Before becoming a coach, he was a player at Augustana College. During his time as a Viking, he earned first team all-conference honors and was a two-time captain. As a high school player in Illinois, Kirchhoff earned all-state honors and helped his team win the State Cup in the Under 18 bracket. To go with his many experiences as a coach and player, he also has a U.S. Soccer "E" license.
Kirchhoff graduated from Augustana in 1988 iwth a degree in business administration, marketing, management and finance. He currently lives in Frankfort, Illinois with his wife Laura. They have three children, Kyle, Alexandria and Kristopher.
