High School: Played four years of soccer at Chicago Christian High School ... earned All-Conference honors three times during his high school career ... was an All-Sectional selection ... named All-Tournament team three times at various events ... also played basketball and baseball.

Personal: Undecided major ... son of Barry and Shanda Stuursma ... has a sister, Madison, and two brothers, Ryan and Adam ... is also a member of Trinity's basketball team.
