Aaron Moore

Aaron Moore enters his second season with Trinity Christian in 2024-25, as the assistant coach responsible for hitting for the Trolls. Prior to Trinity, Moore spent seven seasons as the head coach at Roosevelt University (Ill.) and Morton College (Ill.).

While at Roosevelt (2017-21), Moore led the Lakers to double-digit win totals in each season, including a program-record 37 wins in 2021. In 2021, Moore and his coaching staff were named Coaching Staff of the Year by the CCAC.

During Moore’s second season at the helm for Morton (2022-23), the Panthers recorded their highest win total in nearly 20 seasons. The Panthers saw major improvements in several offensive categories from year 1 to year 2, including 56 more extra base hits, 21 more stolen bases and 26 point improvement on the team’s batting average.

Prior to the coaching stints at Roosevelt and Morton, Moore spent seven seasons with the Chicago Bandits of National Pro Fastpitch (NPF) as the team’s general manager. While working with the Rosemont based professional team, Moore helped guide the Bandits to three NPF World Championships, including back-to-back titles in 2015 & 2016.

Before his tenure with the Bandits, the Denver, Colo. native, spent four years working for the Rockford/Texas Thunder (NPF) franchise. He has additional experience with Colorado State University – Pueblo (NCAA DII), Colorado Chill Women’s Basketball (NWBL), National Pro Fastpitch and the Arizona Heat (NPF).

Moore has additional coaching experience on the travel ball and high school scene as well, where he has collected more than 500 career wins as a head coach. During his time in Illinois, he has coached with the Stateline Fury, Rosemont Bandits and The Mill Fastpitch travel organizations.

Moore, 42, graduated with a degree in Mass Communications from Colorado State University-

Pueblo in 2003. He and his wife, Hannah, reside in Oak Park, Ill.
