Box Score PALOS HEIGHTS, Ill. – When Selah Hopkins took a Katie Drenth pass and sailed a shot over the head the Governors State University keeper, it not only was the game winning goal for Trinity Christian College, but it also solidify the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference Regular Season title and earned the Trolls an automatic bid to the NAIA National Championships. Trinity would go on to defeat the Jaguars 2-0, picking up an insurance goal off a penalty kick by Mia Salas.

- Trinity will enter the upcoming single elimination CCAC Tournament as the top-seed, earning the home field advantage throughout. The quarterfinals are scheduled for Tuesday, April 6 with Trinity facing the No. 8 seed. The semifinals will be on Thursday, April 8 with the championship on Saturday, April 10.
- The NAIA National Championship Opening Rounds will be held on campus sites around the country on April 15-17. The selection show to determine locations and opponents will be aired live on the PlayNAIA Facebook page on Monday, April 12 at 11 a.m. (CT).
