Box Score DEERFIELD, Ill. –The Trinity Christian College baseball team used a combination of powerful offense and consistent pitching to snap a four-game skid with a 13-7 rubber match win over Trinity International University (Ill.) on Thursday, April 29. Hunter Slaats and Will Kulcher provided the fireworks, hitting back-to-back home runs in the third. Slaats finished the day a triple short of hitting for the cycle, going 4-for-5 at the plate. Jacob Hutcherson picked up his first career win on the mound.
