WILLIAMSBURG, Ky. – Trinity Softball would open the 2025 season with a pair of tough tests on Friday afternoon, falling at No. 3 Cumberlands (Ky.) 10-0 and Campellsville (Ky.) 14-0.
Anna Lisa Fluder led the Trolls' offense, picking up a base hit in both games. Katie Lorscheider had the team's lone extra-base hit, with a double against Campbellsville in the second game of the day.
The Trolls will look to bounce back next week, when they host Bethel (Ind.) for a doubleheader in the Aurora Dome in Aurora, Ill. First pitch with the Pilots is set for 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 19.
