Trinity would then extend their lead further in the bottom of the 4th, scoring five runs on four hits and an error, for a 12-2 advantage.

The Crimson Wave would battle back with a pair of big innings of their own, scoring four runs in the 5th inning and three more in the 6th to cut the Trinity lead down to 12-9. The Trolls would score twice in the bottom of the 6th, with an RBI single from Jones and a bases-loaded walk drawn by Holleman.

The Trolls will look to extend their win streak tomorrow afternoon, as they host Calumet for another doubleheader at the Schaaf Athletic Complex on Saturday. First pitch with the Wave is scheduled for noon.
