PALOS HEIGHTS, Ill. — The Trinity Christian men's basketball team picked up its second straight victory as the Trolls defeated Judson 82-68 in a Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference contest. Trinity improved to 12-10 overall and 9-5 in conference play with the win.

Brandon Adorno led all scorers with 23 points and added five assists. Aiden Cilladi finished with 16 points, five rebounds and five assists, while Tylan Harris chipped in 12 points. Garrett Greene rounded out the scoring in double figures with 10 points.

Trinity Christian jumped out to an early 8-2 lead in the first three minutes following a 3-pointer by Cilladi. Judson responded, cutting the deficit to one point at 11-10 with 12:31 remaining in the first half.

After Judson briefly pulled within 22-20, the Trolls rattled off nine straight points to take a 31-20 advantage. Trinity extended its lead and went into halftime ahead 38-30.

Both teams traded baskets to open the second half before Judson went on a run to make it a four-point game at 45-41 with 13:40 to play. Ognjen Petkovic stopped the momentum by converting a three-point play, pushing the Trolls' lead back to 48-41.

Moments later, the Eagles trimmed the margin to two points at 50-48 with under 11 minutes remaining, but that would be as close as Judson would get. Trinity responded by scoring 10 unanswered points over the next three minutes to extend the lead to 60-48.

The Trolls maintained a double-digit advantage the rest of the way and secured the 82-68 victory.
