The Trinity women's basketball team took to the court again today in a conference matchup against the University of St. Francis Saints.

The Trolls took the lead once early in the match, but it didn't last long. Besides that spurt of time, the Saints kept control of the game, causing Trinity to lose to St. Francis 71-84.

Scoring the most points for the Trolls today was junior Jasmine Elliott. She came off the bench to score 17 points while also grabbing five rebounds for her team.

Two other players finished with double-digit points, and that was senior Breanna Toppen, who recorded 14 points on the day and six rebounds, and junior Abby Coates, who contributed 15 points and 10 rebounds. This was her second double-double of the season, and her second in a row for the Trolls.

The team will be back in conference action again on Wednesday, Nov. 20 at Calumet College of St. Joseph. The game will begin at 5:30 p.m.
