The Trinity women's basketball team continued with CCAC play today as they traveled to the Cardinal Stritch Wolves. After staying close in the first half, the Trolls were not able to come out with a win.

Following the first two quarters of the contest, the Trolls were only down by 11 points with a score of 23-34. But once the third quarter began, Trinity was unable to get any momentum, ultimately losing the game 39-76.

Leading Trinity today was junior Abby Coates, who recorded eight points along with five rebounds and three blocks. Freshman Anne Peters also recorded seven points, going three for four on her shots. 

Today's contest now puts Trinity at 4-18 overall and 2-12 in the CCAC. They will be back in action again on Wednesday, Jan. 29 as they face Trinity International in Deerfield, Ill. Tip-off is scheduled for 5:30 p.m.
