Box Score The Trinity women's basketball team is in the final stretch of their season as they played the Judson University Eagles. The Trolls were able to keep control throughout most of the contest as they grabbed their third conference win in four games.
In the first half, the Trolls came out strong. They scored 28 points compared to Judson's 12. And from there, they didn't let the Eagles back into the game. Trinity won the contest 69-53.
Sophomore Summer Cramer led the Trolls in points, recording 15 while also grabbing two assists. Junior Jasmine Elliott added another double-double to her career as she finished with 11 points and 13 rebounds. Junior Lexi Marin was the other Troll to finish in double-digits with 11 points as she shot five for seven from the field. Leading the stat sheet in other categories were juniors Abby Coates and Jasmine Glover, who had the only two blocks for the team. Glover also had a team-high three assists.
The Trolls are now 7-20 overall and 5-14 in conference play. They will be back in the DeVos Gymnasium on Saturday, Feb. 15 as they host the Robert Morris Eagles. Tip-off is scheduled for 1 p.m.
