LAKELAND, Fla. – With back-to-back nights of leading the Trinity Christian College men's basketball team with 28 and 29 points, respectively, James Pennington joined the 1000 career points club. Despite the effort from Pennington, the Trolls were unable to pick up an upset against two strong teams, both of whom are receiving votes in the latest NAIA Coaches Top-25 poll. Trinity fell 94-75 to Florida College on Friday and 97-85 to Southeastern University on Saturday.
