PALOS HEIGHTS, Ill. – An early goal would be enough for Trinity to secure a result against Governors State, as the Trolls earned a 1-1 draw with the Jaguars at the Schaaf Athletic Complex on Tuesday afternoon.

Alec Belcastro put away his third goal of the season for Trinity (1-3-2, 1-0-1 CCAC), scoring in the 16th minute with Manasse Mbuyi earning the assist on the play.

The Jaguars (1-2-4, 0-0-2 CCAC), who were receiving votes in the latest NAIA Top 25 Coaches' Poll, quickly responded, finding the equalizer in the 20th minute.

Neither side could find the back of the net again, despite a pair of red cards leaving Governors State down two men over the final nine minutes.

Goalkeeper Giorgos Christodoulou earned the draw in net, making four saves on the day.

The Trolls will look to keep their conference unbeaten record intact, when they head north to face Cardinal Stritch on Saturday, September 17. Kickoff from Glendale, Wisc. is set for 3:30 p.m.
