PALOS HEIGHTS, Ill. – A balanced attack saw four Trolls reach double figures on Saturday, but a strong shooting performance from the visitors would result in a 83-72 loss for Trinity against Saint Xavier inside DeVos Gymnasium on Saturday.

Team Leaders

• Brady Loerop posted a double-double, scoring a team-high 14 points with 12 rebounds.

• Johnny Dieck, Jadon Williams, and Colton Schutt each scored 13 points, as the trio alongside Danny Staskunas hit a pair of three-pointers each.

• Dustin Hudak collected six points and eight rebounds.

How it Happened

• The Trolls (2-6, 0-4 CCAC) would lead by as much as four in the early moments of the game, after Staskunas' three gave Trinity a 10-6 lead at the 13:20 mark.

• The Cougars (4-5, 2-2 CCAC) would respond with 12 straight points, taking an 18-10 lead with 10:37 left in the first half and remaining in front the rest of the way.
