Box Score BOURBONNAIS, Ill. – Destiny Goodwin scored a career-high 23 points to lead the Trolls, but Trinity was unable to keep pace with Olivet Nazarene on Saturday, falling on the road 130-66.
Three players finished in double figures for the Trolls (9-17, 6-13 CCAC), as Hannah Schuringa posted 14 points on 7-of-9 shooting, and Chole Kaptein scored ten points off the bench.
Trinity would out-shoot the Tigers (18-7, 15-3 CCAC), going 26-for-54 (48%) for the game compared to Olivet's 42% (44-103), but the Tigers would hit 22 three-pointers as a team, going 44% from beyond the arc to earn the win.
The Trolls return home for their final two games of the season, starting by playing host to the Judson Eagles on Wednesday, February 15. Tipoff is scheduled for 5:30 p.m.
