Preview

• Trinity Women's Soccer will take their two-match win streak on the road this week, with a pair of trips beginning on Wednesday afternoon at Taylor (Ind). The Trolls then head north to Rochester Christian (Mich.) for a Friday night matchup with the Warriors.

• The Trolls have scored two goals in each of the past two victories, at Cornerstone (Mich.) and home over Mount Mercy (Iowa) last week. Trinity currently ranks 4th in the CCAC, with an average of 1.33 goals per game.

• Defensively, among CCAC teams that have more than one match played to date, Trinity ranks 4th with an average of 1.0 goals allowed per match.

• Junior midfielder Nerea Genc leads the team in scoring, recording a goal in each of the past two victories for Trinity. Genc is 4th in the league in goal-scoring, just two off the CCAC leaders.

• The Trolls hold an all-time record of 4-3-1 over Taylor, but have not earned a win over the Trojans since 2013. Last season, Taylor took a 5-1 over the Trolls at the Schaaf Athletic Complex.

• Saturday will mark the first-ever meeting between Trinity and Rochester Christian. The Warriors began competition as NAIA members in 2011.

• Senior goalkeeper Michelle Urribarri is climbing the all-time ranks; the Orlando, Fla. native currently has 319 career saves, good for third on Trinity's career list. Urribarri is 22 saves away from matching Hannah Gonzales (2008-11) and moving into a tie for second on the leaderboard. Lisa Bayens (1997-99) currently holds the program record for career saves, with 474.

• This season is the first for Head Coach Gabriel Sitibaldi, who will guide both the men's and women's programs for 2025. Sitibaldi previously coached women's soccer at his alma mater, Williams Baptist (Ark.) for six seasons alongside the Eagles' men's program.

• The Trolls are coming off claiming the 2024 NCCAA National Championship, the third national title in program history, and the fifth national championship overall for Trinity Christian College.
